Over 27 years, Bill has built a broad experience base from working with public debt managers and MDB treasurers in Central Asia, Central & Western Europe, North America, the OECS and North & South Asia (including Australia and New Zealand). His special areas of interest include: public debt management and government securities markets, capacity building, domestic market development, funding strategies and borrowing operations, investor relations, liability management operations, and minimizing execution, market or operational risk.
